Remodelado. Cómodo. Buena ubicación

Caro, olor a cañerías horribles toda la estancia. Cuando te bañas, se moja todo el baño. No tiene plato de ducha ni bañera. Tiene una cortina de plástico y solo tienes 30cm para moverte. Es un trastero convertido en mono ambiente. Check in a las 4 de la tarde.

"Do not recommend it"

Location near metro station, new furniture

I am trying not to be rude but I do not recommend this place because: - it is a former garage turned into a studio - sewage smell coming from bathroom ventilation - told the host about it, left us with seen - the only way to heat up the room was AC, thus the bathroom was always cold, and the air was dry - sheets were not cleaned properly, saw some hair underneath - one pillow was comfortable, the other one was unusable

"Апартаменты в гараже"

Номер оборудован хорошо, за исключением отсутствия чайника. Хорошая,160см кровать, хотя проход между кроватью и стеной к санузлу узковат. Прекрасный напор горячей воды.

Неприятным сюрпризом было то, что апартаменты располагаются на уровне дороги. Вероятно, это следствие того, что это переоборудованные под апартаменты гаражные боксы - одноэтахное строение, стоящее напротив жилого дома. Следствием этого является 1) одно матовое окно (очевидно, для обеспечения приватности), совмещённое с дверями, заменившее собой ворота гаража 2), соответственно, отсутствие вида из окна и 3) невозможность в целях безопасност оставить окно открытым в период отсутствия в апартаментах для их проветривания.. В описании апартаментов сказано, что они располагаются на первом этаже, что не вполне соответствует действительности, перечисленной выше. На,фоне всего вышесказанного отсутствие чайника выглядит мелкой деталью.

Tolle moderne Wohnung, in ruhiger Lage. Ausstattung super. Etwas Kaffee, sowie Spülmittel mit Schwamm und Tuch sind da. Perfekte Anbindung ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Metro Endhaltestelle Maritim. Café an der Ecke günstig und lecker

Muy cómodo y bastante cerca de la playa, el plus que tenga tan cerca un Mercadona y la parada de autobús, todo muy limpio y cómodo, nos gustó bastante! Sin duda volveremos!

La cortina del baño es muy incómoda para bañarse
