Close proximity to many restaurants and bars, easy to walk to. Parking was easy once a parking pass was retrieved, nice that it was free. Apartment is large with a great view off the balcony. A bonus that it had 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms which was great for our family. Large interior courtyard with gardens was a surprise, very nice. Great location, pretty quiet inside too. Company was very responsive (as in lightening fast) to questions we had regarding the door key app, etc.
The apartment left us with mixed feelings, nice and large was great, however could use some updates in some areas. Magazine left for review of the city was from 2024. The linens were a mixed blend of colors, shapes, sizes, ages and somewhat odd, i.e. there was a kitchen towel as a hand towel in one of the bathrooms. The same with the kitchen utensils and dishes. Primary bathroom floor tiles are coming loose, they shift a little when walked on. Beds were ok, needed more/better pillows. The app used as room keys meant everyone had to download it for access of in/out privileges, it was a bit confusing, and it does not load until you are close to your arrival time. Once that was figured out life was good.

Though I did not use the kitchen, had instructions to pre-rinse dishes and put in dishwasher, and prep towels to washing machine room - AFTER paying $135 cleaning fee???? Had to download an app/get approval for electronic access
