Spacious 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment with Balcony in Uptown Charlotte! City Views & Free Parking!

It was relatively easy to access the building and the receptionist was very nice. Text communication worked and I had someone to contact if there was anything wrong.

The apartment is dirty. The amenities are low-quality and uncomfortable. I found hair, dirt, stains, and smells. Even after the cleaning company came to clean twice. The towel smelled bad after the first use. I bought and brought my own towels. The chairs were stained. There was a dust and grime layer on everything as if the last deep clean performed was years ago. I have stayed at 1-star hotels that were cleaner and more comfortable than this. The pillows felt old and flimsy. The sheets were scratchy and old.

Having to use to app to access the elevators especially when your hands are full loading and unloading was a little annoying.

The location is superb, right between the South East part with plenty of excellent restaurants and shops and the midtown area. The experience with digital key management is frictionless, free parking really comes handy during your stay. The apartment is clean and spacious with all the amenities you would expect. The building is quiet and safe.

You can hear a bit of traffic through the bedroom windows
