They Won't reply to text I booked a room in the tower D but when I reached there I was placed in tower 1 without my permission. I was only asked if I wanted to check in (costed another 200). I wasn't informed that my room would be a downgrade. I paid for a big room with a balcony but I was given a small room with no balcony with a lil higher price. .
PHHidden charges. The sofa is dirty. Aircon goes on and off. Shower holder is broken.
FRIt is a great apartment the owner was fantastic and very helpful next time I come to manila and it will be soon I'm contacting this owner for this apartment . Sam

The room, they send us to another agent plus. I booked a room with balcony but they give us nothing. And the bed, we think it’s a queen bed but it’s not.
