PHThe area was good and close by to the mall.
First of all I booked the condo for me myself but it was states in the booking I am allowed to have visitors, but they have told me I have to pay extra 500 for wa h visitors, but that is not all they call you hours before your check in to ask you if what time is your ETA and when you don't reply they call you and bother you and keep asking you if you are coming or not or else I have to pay 1000 pesos in advance for reservations fee which is not stated in the info in the app. I have a credit card so cancellation or no shows will be charged automatically from the card so any fees upfront is not required. They told me if I don't give the fee the unit will be given to other guest lol. 2nd they over charged, what's in the app is not the amount you will pay they will double it. They charged me service charge worth 1600 PHP that is also not stated in the app . 3rd the unit was totally filthy. There was cockroaches everywhere especially in the fridge, shower not working, no bidet, no netflix in the Tv what is in the pictures are not the exact unit they will be putting you in. No extra towel only a towel that cannot even dry you no toiletries. AC is not working and not cooling properly. All the cooking appliances are dirty and disgusting. The owner should check on this, for sure the care taker is not taking care of the place and the person that is handling this is overpricing and scamming guest. I have already reported this to the app this kind of listing should not be here when totally it is a lie and scamming to the people who will book it.

When we arrive we had to pay way more the expected on booking .com .place wasn’t clean at all microwave and stove didn’t work so the replace microwave and the portable stove burnt everything safe to say the smoke detector don’t work cupboard could do with a good clean out also washing machine flood bathroom floor every time it was used then had to pay for the pool which they told us 200 peso but in fact when we brought our pool ticket from property mangers office they only cost 150 peso don’t think I be staying here again we had previously stay at the beacon in makaiti love it there

PHNice property!! Close to the airport and shopping mall. Aircon super cool and the shower is good. The room is clean and provided an excellent view of the Mall of Asia. The owner and staff were also very nice helpful and welcoming.
