ZAZAThe staff was very hospitable, kind and considered. They upgraded our rooms for free, we initially booked the 4 sleeper loft, but we got 2 bedrooms side by side.
It was extremely cold and the rooms don't have a heater. If your traveling in winter, bring your own hot water bottle or electric blanket
