ZAThe staff and the owners were very welcoming, understanding and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and well presented to us.
The fact that we weren't given a remote control and we had a challenge when we wanted to enter the gate, the phone number wasn't answered BUT when we went to the office to negotiate that we get our own remote. They didn't refuse or argue, they happily gave us the remote. So maybe they can just give the gate remote to the guests without having to be inconvenienced in any way, other that that, this is a great place to stay and very cheap as well. My children didn't want to leave when we had to leave.

The fact that we were not given the gate key and we had to wait for the staff to open for us. At times they took long to do so, leaving us hanging
ZAThe place is perfectly located, close to facilities. Very quiet area. Friendly staff, the room was very clean. No cutoff time to access.
The bed was 3/4. I made a booking for a double bed. Update: I just checked again it says double budget. I assumed it was a double bed but I doesn't say so. Thats cool then. Also there was a R45 price difference. I see the place her says R650. Could be because I paid at the facility as well so it's cool.
