Matilda was the best host! She was super helpful and always made sure we were comfortable. The apartment was clean, modern and very well decorated. It's perfect to visit the Cinque Terre as it's super close to the train station.

We understand that as it's a small apartment it's difficult to have a fully equipped kitchen but a microwave would be a good improvement.

Matilda and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel confortable, very responsive. Rooms are very nice and spacious!!

5 minute walk to the La Spezia train station for easy access to all the villages! Grocery store a 30 second walk. Modern and clean....great rain head shower with awesome pressure!

We had a great stay at 3L Luxury Rooms, it’s been amazing two nights the room was extremely clean and beautiful. Matilda was a very nice person she gives recommendations where to go and what to do, she is an amazing woman prepared a small surprise for our honeymoon.

Excellent location for visiting Cinque Terre. Walking distance to the train station to access Cinque Terre. Matilda was friendly and responsive and the rooms were modern and comfortable.

New, clean. Netflix. Strong wifi. Small but comfortable. Short walk to train station and supermarket nearby. Matilda was amazing. Super responsive and very helpful not only with suggestions and recommendations for restaurants and things to do but very kind. She asked us for our plans when checking out and when she found out we were going to pick up our rental car, she offered to drive us to the rental company. Which made a huge difference as we discovered because of its location .

Was initially concerned about it being on the ground floor with people passing by but was not a problem. Turned out to be very quiet with hardly any traffic or people passing by. Very safe.

Super convenient location close to train and the city center

Everything was great!!!

Room was brand new, well-designed, spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable! The location of the property is also super convenient — 5min walking distance to the train station to be able to easily explore Cinque Terre by foot, but also located on a very quiet street. The property manager, Matilda, is a very lovely person — friendly, helpful, responsive! Highly recommend this stay all around.

We made a last minute booking change and are so glad we ended up at Matilda's! As a family of 5, our 3 teens stayed in the room next to us which worked out great (for them and for us!). Both rooms were beautiful, modern and clean, and surprisingly soundproof from the trains that run right by. She left water bottles for each of us, Nespresso pods and even Biscoff cookies. It's also very close to the train station which made our trip to Cinque Terre, and then out to Venice very easy. Matilda is also just so friendly and responsive, she even checked in on us twice to see how our trip was going.

There is a halogen flood light coming from the train station that unfortunately goes through the blinds, which is right in front of the bed for our room. We ended up hanging up towels to block.
