The host of this accommodation, Matilda, is amazing. She is kind, enthusiastic and gives great advice. We were on our honeymoon and she left us such a sweet surprise. She also gave great tips for restaurants in the area. The apartment is super clean, the bed is comfortable, there’s enough space for your suitcase and clothes and the shower has great water pressure. The apartment is close to the train station for visits to cinque terre. We’ve really enjoyed our time here.

What a great Appartment just few minutes from La Spezia Train Station and main La Spezia atractions. We had a smooth stay and everything we addressed was promptly handled. Couldn't ask for more. Next time in La Spezia I would defenitly stay here. It's like home away from home and it's indeed luxourious!

It's convenient location made it easy to explore the beautiful city of La Spezia and Cinque Terre and its surroundings. What truly stood out for me was the host's exceptional hospitality. Her genuine care and attentiveness towards her guests are what set her apart. I have traveled to many places, but this was the first time I encountered such a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. It was an amazing stay, the host is very friendly and responsive, the support during our stay was impressive, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is very near to the train station, I would highly recommend everyone visiting La Spezia to stay here.

Matilda is a great host, very helpful. Everything was perfectly clean, and new. Very close to the train station. We definitely recommend this place.

The phonic isolation isn’t great, but it is a quiet neighborhood.

Small issues with shower

Matilda was a great host and really looked after us. We made a couple of requests which she sorted out for us before we got to the room. She was helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat and made our stay really enjoyable. The place is a small walk to the station which was great especially with luggage. The room was clean and tidy, which was cleaned everyday we were there. The room was modern and up-to-date.
