This apartment is excellent!! The host Mati is awesome. She met us at the apartment and gave us lots of information about La Spezia and Cinque Terre as well as recommended some excellent restaurants. There was bottle of water and snacks for us complimentary. The apartment is very clean and modern. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It is well situated. The train station is only about a 10 min walk and there is a grocery store around the corner to pick up supplies. I would highly recommend this apartment. Everything was great! We were looking for a base to explore Cinque Terre and were recommended La Spezia for its central location and easy access to the five towns. When we found this property, we were initially hesitant due to its newness and lack of reviews, but I’m so glad we booked it. You won’t regret staying here! Matilda, who manages the property (we stayed in unit 47) is absolutely wonderful. Her hospitality made our stay feel even more special—she was flexible with our check-in and check-out times, answered all our questions, and left snacks and water for us daily after cleaning the apartment, which felt like a personal touch. The apartment is new, modern, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. We loved the cozy layout, especially the separate dining area for meals and coffee. Plus, it has air conditioning, a huge plus for summer visitors. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the central train station with grocery stores nearby. While the apartment doesn’t have a full kitchen or a washing machine, this was expected and didn’t detract from our experience. It’s also worth noting that the unit is close to the train station and a roadside, so you’ll hear some noise, but it’s quiet at night. Overall, we loved the clean, modern furnishings, but what made our stay truly memorable was Matilda’s warm and thoughtful hosting. It felt like we were visiting family. We highly recommend 3L Luxury Rooms for anyone staying in La Spezia!

Rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and very well furnished, had nearly all the amenities we could want. Super close to train station, and a local supermarket just around the corner. Host is super lovely, helpful, and brings a nice personal touch to the stay.

Proximity to railway should be considered for light sleepers though it is minor enough to where didn’t interrupt our sleep once.

Wonderful property, secure, great shower, comfortable beds, fantastic location close to the train and cafes. Perfect for a base for exploration and very comfortable. Love there is a safe, TV for the kids, and a great shower.

Street parking can be found nearby, usually within a couple blocks.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful host! Great location, 8min walking distance from the train station so ideal for exploring cinque terre. The apartment was well equipped. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was amazing!

Great location and couldn’t ask for better host. Super helpful with suggestions with places to eat for my family and places to visit. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The property was lovely and set up very nicely. Walking distance to the train station.

Would like more restaurants closer and of course a better view but we traded that in for the closeness of the train station.
