Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super im Zentrum von la Spezia, wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Matilda ist ein ausgezeichnet freundlicher Host. Sie ist extrem hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend in allen Anliegen und meldet sich immer sehr schnell zurück. Ausserdem wird die Unterkunft jeden Tag geputzt. Die Unterkunft ist absolut perfekt und weiterzuempfehlen!!

Bonjour, Notre séjour a été très agréable 😊L’appartement est tout neuf , Matilda était très professionnel, elle nous faisait des petits surprises toutes les jours ( café, gâteaux pour les enfants, des boissons et encore…) Le ménage était fait toutes les matins,changement des draps après trois jours. Elle nous a conseillé pour les visites en train ou en bateau ⛵️ 🚞. L’appartement se trouve a quelques minutes de la gare pour aller visiter LES CINQUE TERRES .

A perfect spot for a short city break. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. The apartment was clean, with daily cleaning service. Communication with the host was excellent – she was incredibly helpful and shared great tips on what to see and do in the city. The location is also fantastic, just a short 5 min walk from the main train station.

I stayed one night at this apartment and I can freely say that it was one of the best experiences I have had. Initially, the host Matilda was very informative and ready to answer my questions and interests. The room was complete, comfortable bed, iron available, coffee and sweets (free). The location is very good, only 5 minutes from the train station. Everything went well, nothing was beyond expectations except the fact that it was better than we expected. Another important thing worth mentioning is that Matilda was truly a hardworking woman and worked very cleanly. Gonna visit again!

Loved the interior, decoration, restroom, the space, and the room smelled good.

The bed was a little a bit uncomfortable and the towels didn’t smell great, but they were clean.
