Nice swanky looking apartment in an apartment block with dedicated parking space. Great coffee machine with plenty of coffee. Good cooking facilities, fridge etc. Wifi worked.

Instructions for picking up keys were too vague. No key fob for driving into the parking area (delivered later). No instructions on where to park. A lot of cheap workmanship showing signs of disrepair so although superficially swanky, actually a bit shabby.

Smooth entry, living room\kitchen area spacious and well designed, the entire building area very secure (only accessible through solid gates via security key) plenty of coffee pods for the 3-night stay (which is unusual). The internet was super fast, regularly getting download speeds over 150Mbps! Instructions for entry were easy to follow, and the owner\manager provided excellent communication, answering all queries in good time. I left my laptop charger plugged in the dining area, which meant I couldn't work when I got back home. Vik went out of his way to locate it and post it back to me, with regular updates, including tracking number once posted. I couldn't ask for more than that - thank you Vik! Vik genuinely cares for his guests, which was highly appreciated!

Bedrooms could use an update, but clean enough and functional

Prompt answers from the host, close to the center and public transport, felt secure. And free coffee =)

The house was clean, but not "very" clean, as I would have liked it to be.

The apartment was very easy on the eye, nice and warm, plenty space.

I feel like the cleanliness of the apartment really let it down. Some glasses were dirty, the oven was very dirty & in both bathrooms there was drops of blood on the floor. A resident from one of the other apartment blocks shouted at us for using the car park space provided and made us feel very uncomfortable. There was also a traffic cone placed on the roof of my car when i awoke in the morning - unsure why or where it come from.
