Quirky 1 bedroom barn on the river in Arundel

The location on the River Arun is stunning. The balcony from the bedroom, the glass door and the patio all added to the impact of seeing the castle, cathedral and town beyond the river. The bed is very comfortable and we appreciated the screened off loo upstairs! The kitchen is well equipped. Private car parking was a bonus.

As others have said there are no comfortable chairs for watching the television. In summer this wouldn’t be a problem as we would have sat outside.

Great location for town and walks along the river

Would be good if there was an oven. Also, it would be good to have a proper sofa or armchair instead of or alongside the day beds.

Location was excellent right in the town. Bedroom is huge and bed really comfy. Bathroom well equipped for it's size.

Found the lounge area a little restrictive, the two day beds aren't ideal for TV watching as TV is small and high on wall.

Great place, amazing location in the center of Arundel so easy to walk to restaurants and shops, and very serene & peaceful on the river. The Sail Loft was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming and had everything we need including free private parking which was a huge bonus. Jane was a wonderful host, with great communication Would definitely stay again. 5 Stars!!!

The patio overlooking the river could benefit from soft evening lights. We enjoyed sitting out at night relaxing and watching the swans on the river, it was so peaceful and serene but it was a little too dark. Not a criticism at all, just a suggestion :-)

Great location and with parking. Perfect layout for 3 or 4 people. Very functional and clean.
