Fantastic location, lovely charming cottage on the river, great hosting. Really lovely.

We really liked this place that is the main thing, If it helps, we could also comment as the hosts are no doubt aware, that there isn't really a living room functional sitting space, except sitting on day beds, and just because these have metal frames that are not solid and they are quite wide as a sofa substitute, then they are not very useable as sitting places that you could sit up on to read a book or chat, unless you treat them like beds, so this wasn't the tops for comfort downstairs - we actually all lay on the bed upstairs in the evenings. Also just noting that our son is quite tall so his feet went off the bed or hit the wall downstairs, and he found the fridge noisy. In the kitchen just a very minor suggestion to have a whisk and slightly better spatula (for pancakes).

Great location - easy access, nicely equipped and perfect for our family to visit Arundel.

There is nothing that we don’t like. If recommendations are helpful, a lock/simple bolt on the inside of the gate for security at night may be helpful. To be clear - we had no security concerns but having the doors open and sitting on the river bank just makes it a good idea. Another suggestion. Is a couple of large glasses eg for beer or long drinks would have been valued.

All good. No problems

The location on the river is stunning. The beds are all comfortable & and the shower good. It is 1 min walk to the shops & 4 to central Arundel.

The sloping ceilings in the bedroom but I'm quite tall. There is a toilet in the bedroom which is not seperate.

Everything off road parking a bonus.prime location.peaceful.

Really lovely place - unique and wonderful location next to the river. Very easy to book and access. Had everything I needed for my stay and very clean

Can’t really fault anything. It was quite hot upstairs but fan provided which cooled it down so no problem

Better chairs to sit on downstairs as sofa bed too deep to sit back. Maybe one additional chair. However would still book again.
