We arrived at the homestay and successfully entered through the main gate using the provided passcode. However, there was a second passcode needed to enter the house itself. After multiple failed attempts, we tried contacting the numbers provided—but to no avail. The customer support was only available from 9:30 am to 12:00 am. Unfortunately, we arrived slightly later at 1:00 am due to Raya traffic, which we hadn’t expected to be so heavy. Despite trying for over an hour and even sending a video of our attempts, there was no response via call or text from the host. We were exhausted, especially with children in tow, and had no choice but to find alternative accommodation—further away and the only place affordable and available at that time. The next morning, we were contacted and told a new passcode would be sent, and that the lock was working fine. We asked for a video of their successful attempt (as we had done), but they were unable to provide one. By then, we were already far from the location and decided not to return. Although we had booked for two nights, they only refunded one night and kept nearly RM200 for cleaning and other non-refundable charges—which was very disappointing given that we never even accessed the property. It would be helpful to have 24-hour support, especially during peak travel seasons like Raya, as delays and unforeseen circumstances are common.

For the price, it's worth the penny to have a big house to host all the family members. The person we contacted was responsive. They did try to help us when we can't get the aircon working.

I think the air conditioning needs replacing / servicing because it takes long time to cool down. The toilet doesn't flush very well and one of them clogged up towards the end of our stay. The shower and basin needs upkeep.

Good location and neighbourhood. Nice property and furnishing.

1. Unable to access using the digital lock password. Spent quite some time with the host to try to troubleshoot. In the end, access via unlocked back door and remove batteries from digital lock. 2. Two of the air-conditioning units upstairs were not cooling even though set to the lowest. The air-conditioning unit at the ground floor was not functioning. Luckily a friend visited and helped to check. Discover that only the original Panasonic remote controller was able to help set the air-conditioning units to function properly, including the ground floor unit. The other remote controllers of generic brands were not compatible to the air-conditioning units. 3. Cleanliness - in particular 2 of the toilet bowls were unsatisfactory - 1 with orangey colour stain and another blackish stain. 4. There is only 3 bathrooms in this property and not so suitable if you have a big group of people.
