I very much liked the whole hotel my room was amazing the staff there were so polite and very helpful the food was very nice and the facilities were also very good this hotel is a definite must to stay at I myself will definitely be going back to the same hotel mutha sovereign suites and spa a wonderful place to stay

There was nothing at that I didn't like as everything was amazing

Breakfast was good except for the fact that they ran out of coffee on 10/12 and we were the first ones for breakfast. We need coffee and they came with instant coffee (I could tell by the streaks on the side of the latte cup. Also the drainage in the sick and showers. The spacious bathrooms might have been grand in their early days but are due for an upgrade. Staff was great the rooms are spacious, the well polished wood was beautiful including the beautiful ceilings.

Staff are not helpful at alll. Shower was cold . Not good service at all
