"Outside Area Not available during our stay Aircon Broken in Bedroom so very cold at night it pays to enquire that everyt"

Aircon broken in bedroom, The Billiard Table and outside Area out of order. we only booked property because we could hang out but we were not told or offered a discount Sofa bed very uncomfortable in lounge. aircon in lounge didn't work sometimes to.

"Wonderful facility but spoilt for my wife because of the big climb up 25 steps."

Wonderful new facilities - every convenience that you could want for in a Self Contained Unit..

Big climb up the stairs to the unit which was at the very back and top of the block. This was not so good for my wife who has mobility issues. I think that this should be explained when advertising the unit.

"Modern house in the suburbs"

Our accommodation was spotless, very modern and in a quiet location outside of the city. Train and bus station was a 20 minute walk away and a 29 minute ride into Wellington. Our host was very friendly and welcoming.
