Beautiful flat, very comfortable and located in a great neighbourhood.

Everything was ok, the heater stopped working but they solved it as soon as requested, they ask for a security deposit of £200 through transfer and it was not returned claiming untruths.

Booked it for a family member and she hasn’t stopped talking about it. She loved her stay and said it was exactly like the pictures and even exceeded her expectations. Thank you

Beds were comfortable Nicely set out Bathroom clean

Crockery greasy Frying Pan contained old food Advertised for 6 but some items not enough e.g. 4 mugs, 4 forks Dirty tissues behind drawers in bedroom Easy access places clean but could do with overall clean e.g. behind beds - dust. No rod to open/close blind, door didn't shut unless banged in single bedroom.

Clean and comfortable. Spacious for 4 of us. Good pub around the corner.

Not enough pans to cook a meal. Full dirty mop and bucket outside back door.

Nothing special and not good for family little far from the city Center and the uber have hard time to reach the area and no garden as it’s showing in the apps and the beds too old which is we are sleeping and almost fall down from the bed and cleaning only before you enter the room but after that you need to pay for the cleaning and nothing in the toilet if you need to shower or wash hand so you need to prepare your own items .

The check in time was so bad 4 pm strictly they not priorities if you arrive little early and you have kids you should stay in the street no connection with any person you should send message by booking apps and wait your answer after 5 hours it was really bad experience because your day is dead waiting for check in time and for the check out also toooo early for families at 10 am you can’t sleep good because you need to wake up early and prepare the kids and baggage because the password of the house will be changing on time so if you just step out of the door and you want to go in again there is no chance- and after i book the place and i fly from my country to the location i was chocked that I can’t enter the room till i pay deposit insurance 200 £ imagine how was my trip with family and 3 kids and infant.

Accessible location , off road parking , clean , customer service were contactable and helpful

Not enough toilet rolls or kitchen rolls, late check in at 4 pm and early check out at 10 am . Any change to the timings incurs extra cost.

The accommodation was exactly as it was shown, The whole house was spotless and the facilities were excellent, it had everything you could possibly need. The quality of the bed linen and towels was first class. Would definitely book this accommodation again.
