L'appartement était mal nettoyé, des poils et(ou) des cheveux par touffes partout. Une odeur désagréable persistante. J'ai envoyé un message au propriétaire qui a répondu trop tard alors qu'une intervention de nettoyage était possible le deuxième jour.

This is an old apartment building which has been updated. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen very well stocked with appliances and dishes. Everything is labeled so it was easy to find lights and anything else you needed. The beds were very comfortable and there were more than usual amenities-extra plugs for electronics, lots of bedding and towels,iron, clothes steamer, etc.The proximity to downtown is the best feature as it is only blocks away. The quick response by staff when there is a problem was much appreciated. In all, a good choice for visiting Salt Lake City.

The bathroom is very small with a high bathtub which is slippery with no handrails. As seniors with some mobility concerns, this made bathing difficult. Perhaps a skid-free mat would help. Otherwise, no complaints.

酒店的实际状况和网站显示的评价差异巨大！ 我到了酒店，发现房间很脏，除了地上、床单、枕头、浴缸里的死虫子，餐厅高脚凳和桌子上的厚厚的灰尘，壁橱里的毯子随意的堆在架子上，我完全无法感受到所谓的五星酒店水准。我立刻打电话联系房东，但是他不接受我的意见，我按要求发了照片给他号码（booking沟通中无法发图片），没有回复。我立刻离开了，并马上联系booking要求退租，但booking打电话联系他，也不接电话。这是我真实的经历，我原本是计划租在这里，照顾刚刚手术完的孩子，但没想到，却让我经历了另一次打击！我的要求仅仅是干净整洁，难道这也是过分的要求吗？！ 希望我的经历，让更多的人少上当！

De locatie is super. Je bent vlakbij het centrum en kan alles binnen 15 minuten met de auto bereiken. De woonkamer is mooi en de tv had alle mogelijkheden voor streaming.

Het appartement is duidelijk toe aan een flinke opknapbeurt. De douche is beschadigd, de luxaflex werkt op de meeste plekken niet, licht werkt niet op alle plekken etc. Daarnaast was er duidelijk niet goed genoeg schoongemaakt. Vlekken in de kussens, vlekken in de koelkast en haren in de douche. Daarnaast hing er een muffe geur die uit de ventilatie leek te komen en is het flink gehorig. Er zit veel potentie in de woning maar het heeft een grote opknapbeurt nodig om het op niveau te krijgen.

1 The accommodation felt more like a 3-star property rather than what we expected. 2 The air conditioning vent filters needed cleaning, as there was a persistent smell of stale cooking throughout, along with unpleasant odors from the bathroom and toilet. 3. The unit appeared worn out, with blinds that couldn’t be fully opened, a bathtub with flaking paint, and an overall need for a thorough deep cleaning. 4 The vent was quite loud, and the thin floors transmitted noise from upstairs, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep
