The location. Initially, the communication with the host was quick and easy. The host was kind and offered us a reimbursement after learning that the cleaners had not done a good job. Kudos to him for that. Host seemed to understand that there were some repairs that needed to be done.

It was not clean. Lots of dust. Whoever is cleaning their place is sadly not doing a good job. The place needs some TLC. It seems like at some point it would’ve been fantastic because it is well equipped, but now some things definitely need repair and things need replacement.

Great Location for our needs - close to the Convention Center.

Living room furniture was VERY uncomfortable.

The apartment was in a convenient location and easy to access with provided parking. We used the kitchen to cook some of our own meals so the provided pots and pans were nice, as was the coffee maker. The beds are VERY firm which my husband appreciated.

The property uses a cleaning company but apparently doesn’t do quality control. The dishwasher had dirty dishes still loaded in it, the extra towels provided were tossed into a closet so we weren’t sure if they’d been cleaned or not, trash was left under the bed from previous guests, and the small trash can only had one trash bag provided so we had to use grocery bags for overflow. To be fair, the company did offer to have the cleaners come out again but we refused as we took care of the dishwashing and laundry ourselves by that point.

I found the unit dirty looking. And the vast majority of items in the kitchen were broken or missing

I absolutely LOVED everything about this property ! It is super clean and well maintained, has all the entertainment anyone would ask for (Netflix,hbo, etc) and it’s a super safe neighborhood.

There’s absolutely NOTHING that I did not like. However, I would say a bath mat is needed for the bathroom. I’m not sure if we are just messy but my daughter made a water mess everytime she showered haha

Great location and very tidy

Silverware was missing, and none of the dishes were where the labels were. They also didn’t have the dark makeup rags like advertised. Not too big of a deal.
