Charme in Porta Palio - City Center

Not too far from the main train station and city center (about 15 minutes walking distance). In a quiet and safe location. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Everything was well prepared when we arrived: towels, lights on, AC on, complimentary water bottles - really thoughtful service! The video access instructions need to be updated but the host was very reactive and assisted us with the check-in.

Maybe the boiler needs maintenance because the water pressure was weak.

Искали квартиру в Вероне со всеми удобствами в пешей доступности и от вокзала, и от центра города. Этот вариант полностью устроил. К вокзалу ближе, чем к центру, но всюду можно дойти пешком. Квартира в новом доме, есть лифт, с хорошим ремонтом, приятными удобными мелочами в виде одноразовых тапочек, гелей для душа и т.д. Очень удобная кровать, дополнительные спальные места не слишком большие, но тоже удобные. Спальня отделена дверью. Есть стиральная и посудомоечная машина. В квартире шикарная просторная лоджия, а благодаря наличию кофемашины и запаса капсул к ней, утренний кофе на балконе стал приятной традицией на несколько дней нашего пребывания в Вероне. Прекрасные впечатления, спасибо!

Я уже привыкла к тому, что часто в квартирах есть стиральная и посудомоечная машины, но нет средств для стирки, поэтому всегда вожу с собой несколько таблеток. Но всё же приятно, когда хозяева это предусматривают.

Nice and clean apartment. Easy to find parking for the car. Walking distance is abt 20 mins to the city center which was good. Quiet and modern neighborhood.

Check-in details didn't match instructions which created quite a hassle when we arrived. Also little notes here and there in the apartment with the most obvious rules along with 'threats' if you don't comply which wasn't that welcoming and pleasant. Just seems so sad that their baseline is that they don't trust their guests which is sad. Haven't seen that before.

It ticked all my requirements for a great holiday stay. The apartment is clean with functional kitchenette, full size fridge and washing machine. Its well presented and welcoming. The host, Davide communicated very well and he was accommodating with a last minute change in our booking. I appreciate the prompt response
