The location- it was so near at the train station (5minutes) Cristina was so kind and always available

There isn't a bidet The sofa in the kitchen was a little bit dirty

Property is in a central location and easily accessed from Train station. It was a short walk from Main Street and beach. Lovely restaurants literally meters away from Door and excellent communication from Host.

Nothing we didn’t like! The property can only be accessed by stairs (not an issue for us).

Only location is near the beach. But anything else are in bad condition.

The apaThe photos do not correspond to the current view of the apartment. This is the scariest place I've stayed in Italy in too many years. Starting with the stairwell, there is a strong smell of sewage. The apartment itself is very damp, the walls are moldy! I was never faced with that! The photos of the apartment are different from the reality: the sofa is dirty, the refrigerator (it's not a smeg, but if it was heavy, it would be enough). The apartment is abandoned! It is weightless. Mold on the walls, the ceiling, the breath is weightless. harming the guests' health! Another thing: you can't connect several electrical devices at the same time, because electricity is consumed and you would have to go to switch it on somewhere. To operate a washing machine, you have to slam the door hard. And it doesn't work right away. Too much inconvenience for vacationers. The apartment is not worth the money I paid. On the 2nd night, there was a lot of noise under the windows, maybe from the cafe downstairs. Until 4 in the morning! I really hope that the apartment will be cleaned before other guests. Because you can't rent an apartment with so much mold and moisture.

the location is great as it is close to the train station, shops, restaurants, bus stop and the Rapallo and Portofino ferry pick-up.

It was noisy from the premises below. We didn’t travel with children, but for those with children be aware, the bunks are small and are effectively located in the walk-in-wardrobe, with no window of its own. See also other travellers comments re shortcomings on what we’d consider basic facilities, such as toiletries (no soap, half a roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay, etc) and reasonable quality pillows.

We love practically everything except a few minor things. Location, size, cleanliness, comfort, easy of check-in, and communication were all fantastic. Our only minor issue was no kettle, toaster, or bathroom products. These minor things would have made it perfect 🥰

Lack of minor facilities.

Location was amazing. sleeping for 4, plus room to walk about and socialize.
