Only good thing is the location a block from waterfront. Very convenient public parking on waterfront if spots available.

So many things. Hot water is dangerously hot - way above 60 C. We burned ourselves several times with the water even with medium settings, or just turning the faucet knob. Bathroom has no real door, just a sliding panel that doesn't give privacy and gets stuck, trapping you in bathroom. No door between 2 "bedrooms" - second bedroom is really just a closet with bunkbeds. Wifi is awful, no signal at all in front room. Narrow steps with no landing to get into apt. No hand soap provided at all. No equipment for washing dishes, no napkins or paper towels for kitchen cleanup. Kitchen table heavily slanted. Not suitable for children.

This is prefect little apartment in the best location.
