AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL never book this on booking .com , you have to pay up front. then on check in, we were told we were above the resident DJ , we said that's not acceptable , we had a event in Redcar the next morning, the host said its ok the DJ finishes at 1 in the morning, again i said No way that's not Acceptable, the host Laughed and said there are Earplugs by the bed. we said we wanted a refund but again just laughed at us. Booking.com Are also a joke, the host will not answer the phone to discuss the matter so we cant get a refund. we had to book a different hotel in Redcar, the PARK HOTEL, excellent hotel on the sea front, I would highly recommend to stay there. AVOID THE BELIEVE BOUTIQUE , ITS AWFUL AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK BOOKING.COM YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS PROPERTY OFF OF YOUR SITE
