GBGBBeautiful room with stunning personal touches. The bed oooooh so comfy and the bedding and pillows all good quality. Very clean throughout the whole house. Such friendly staff and very welcoming. Made us feel so relaxed.

GBWe received a lovely warm welcome by Claire on arrival, our room was very clean and comfortable with one of the best showers that we have ever had in a hotel. The Believe is in a great location for all of the local amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

GBAbsolutely gorgeous little place, Claire was so welcoming and lovely. We had the most gorgeous room, and everything was perfect. We're definitely going back.
GBIf I could review base on the hospitality of claire and the bar staff it would be 12/10 they are exceptional in all ways. The room was well presented and clean and central to the town, racecourse and seafront. It is a very friendly place and they go the extra mile.
Whilst the Saturday night whilst loud and lively it was fine, this may also be because we consumed alcohol at the races before returning to the bar. The Sunday night was completely unbearable, so much so we left at around 2330, thankfully I had not had anything ro drink so I was able to drive. Yes I was well aware that it was clearly stated about noise but this was in a whole other level. It was like being in the middle of a rave, this could be the room (room 2) is directly over the front of the bar and where thr DJ is placed but we could still hear it at the car 150 metres away. Now it was bank holiday and was not the advert karaoke but we did think it would end at 11pm. The bathroom whilst done to a high standard was very small with the only way of getting in and out was by standing in the shower, maybe if a sliding door was put in place or the door opened into the bedroom this may solve the issue. I would also have liked a full length mirror in the room.

A tv in the room
GBFantastic host, Claire was so helpful. The bed and bed linen were of the highest quality and the place was spotlessly clean .
You need to be aware that the road is a no entry road, so ensure you know where to park before check-in. There is no tv but a, radio is provided
