C'era Una Volta

Giordano is the best host ever! He's in every detail, providing everything necessary and above. He was very welcoming and was very fast and responsive to sort out things when needed. Would definitely stay again, I can't recommend it enough!!

The apartment was wonderful, the host extremely friendly, he gave us a lot of details about what we have to visit. when we arrived, there was fresh fruit, juice, water and many kinds of chocolate in the fridge. The location was very clean, aer conditionat, feon, fier de calcat, ….is near the old center and beaches. I recommend!

We stayed in Monopoli for 3 days and were lucky enough to have stayed at C’era Una Volta for 2 nights… by the end of the trip we wished we could stay longer, here’s why. First of all, our host Giordano was amazing. Never have we come across a more friendly, kind and passionate host towards his guests. He taught us many things about the city of Monopoli and had many great recommendations for sights and restaurants - which we found extremely helpful given we did not have a set out itinerary. He truly made our stay worthwhile by going above and beyond and it’s obvious he is dedicated to putting Monopoli in the hearts of those who see it with fresh eyes. We were welcomed from the beginning with chocolate, water bottles and delicious fresh fruit in the fridge! The facilities were clean, comfortable beds, cute kitchen space and great location close to the water and city centre. We definitely recommend staying at C’era Una Volta if you’re choosing to visit Monopoli. You won’t regret it!

C'era Una Volta was the place that we will choose again for sure, if we return in the future and we recommend it to our friends for sure to stay here. Giordano was the best host ever!! Thank you for everything again! We travel often, but never had this experience with such kindness and attentiveness he gave us. Despite the fact that our plane was delayed a lot, he waited for us till 1 am to give us the keys and show us the flat around. He surprised us with a large fruit basket and cold water in the fridge and delicacies for breakfast. The flat was large and spotless clean. I liked the bed very much, it was very comfortable. The kitchen was quite equipped. I like the type of coffee machine so much, it was fun to make the coffee with that The living room was spacious and nice. The bathing room was a bit narrow, but there was everything we needed, so we did not mind it. Giordano helped us a lot with things to see, e.g the last day he offered us to visit Trani, and that was really beautiful, and he booked us a table for supper, and we could ask him anything anytime . It was a great time for us in Monopoly.

very pleasant experience! The host was very kind, he gave us a lot of useful information about what to see in the area, recommended how to get to Alberobello and where to have nice breakfast for reasonable price. The apartment was sparkling clean and really beautiful, bed and sofa were comfy and the bonus was a huge bowl of fresh fruits, assortment of snacks and sweets waiting for us. The location was good, really close to the bus stop and train station, not too far away from the sea. There were quite steep stairs to climb to the apartment and the bathroom was a bit tiny, but it was no problem for us. Highly recommended!

I wish every booking looks like that. If I knew what is waiting for me in Monopoli I would go directly here instead of spending two nights in Bari. Housekeeper is awesome. Everything in this apartment is perfectly prepared and clean. It is close to the main train station as well as local restaurants, pubs and takeaway quick bars. Giordano will show you around and give recommendations so you don't even have to make any research about Monopoli.

The host Giordano is very kind, friendly and helpful. He showed every details on the home during check-in. Apartment is clean, very comfortable and has all amenities. There are some complimentary like water, fruits, tea, coffee, biscuits etc which shows that the host is very thoughtful about guests. We felt like living on our own home while we were on C'era Una Volta. The location of the apartment is excellent and city center, train station and beaches are on walking distance. It was the best experience we had so far. Highly recommend host and apartment for Monopoli holiday.
