USJosh, who is running the place in the absence of the couple who started it, does an outstanding job and was responsive to all our requests. The property itself, is an excellent condition and very artistically appointed. Both floors have large common areas and a very modern kitchen. The property has goats, chickens, and cattle in the surrounding areas. It is conveniently located to Hilo and in the area.

Hot tub was set at 92 and never got any hotter. Room was noisy. Dirty plates were left on the dining room table. We understood that the facilities were provided and we cleaned up after our use. However the other guests never understood this and simply left everything - perhaps clearer notices and rules on what is expected
USExtraordinary experience and beautiful, unique property! We loved every minute of our stay and Jason made sure we had everything we needed, including preparing us a delicious breakfast with fresh eggs from the farm! Every part of this luxury home was artistically crafted with love by the owners. The balconies have ocean, lush garden and farm/animal views. It was like living the “Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous” for a few days.

USWe had a wonderful experience. It was peaceful to stay at this place with all the farm animals and the sea facing location was an added bonus.
I have no complaints but if I have to pick one I will pick on the cats :) trying to come close to you when sitting on the patio
USEverything! We were on top floor, ocean view. Sunrise was amazing. Josh, our host was very attentive. Amenities for joint use were great..our floor; large living area, well stocked kitchen, game room , outdoor areas. Spa on lower level was a nice feature as well .
We pretty much had it to ourselves…could hear voices when someone was in closest room, but not terrible.
USThis unique, artistic property rates as the best b&b we have EVER stayed in. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Josh, the house manager goes above and beyond. Try the breakfast at least once - freshly made omelet with farm fresh eggs was amazing. The facility has a huge kitchen stocked to the gills! Quiet and serene , yet a short ride to the town center of Hilo. Sunrise views over the ocean from Our window or the lanai that wraps around the building. We only spent 3 nights - could easily have spent a week. Book Magic Skies - you won’t be sorry. (We were Air BNB super hosts a few years ago - but not even close to the amenities and facilities of Magic Skies). Thanks for a wonderful experience.

USEverything was great. We had all the big house for us and the other host. Spectacular view of the sea from our big room and from the big balcony all around the house. Amazing place. Was living in a farm in top of the hill. Thank you.
