Lux Home Stays - Regents Place

Location was central to town, the flat is lovely and clean, had a good nights sleep considering its location, parking was good, complimentary toiletries was a nice touch, towels and bedding were spotless. Plenty of drawer and wardrobe space in the bedroom.

A little bit scruffy in the surrounding areas, bin stores messy and rubbish needed to be collected, cooking utensils could do with an upgrade, 5 air freshers in a 1 bedroomed flat was a little bit to much.

The apartment is ideally situated for the main high street, train station & Jephson Gardens. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated & well equipped. It was ideal for us & we really enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom needs some attention & there's a lot of outside noise when sat in the living room, as it faces a main road.

Location on housing estate, cover ripped off meter box, stained dirty carpets, badly worn furniture, rusty radiators, grout missing on bathroom floor. It was so bad we did not stay and paid to stay elsewhere.

Great location in the city,easy to walk shops,cinema, restaurants ect.The apartment has everything you need for a visit,it is warm and most of its facilities are good.

Could do with abit of a tidy up outside and the bathroom needs abit of work.

Not the most desirable setting. Needs a bit of TLC on the finish/in some areas (e.g loose bath panel, kitchen cupboard door etc).

Nice sized apartment, cozy with good parking. Nice and quiet in the bedroom. Host were extremely helpful. Good location near train station and close to shops and restaurants

Everything was fantastic, the apartment was beautiful, had everything I needed and in a perfect location. 5min walk from the train station, 5 min walk from centre. Was a real home from home.

The dark entry area, before the motion lights activated .. but easily resolved with my mobile phone torch.
