Simply great, you will get everything you need with parking, fast virgin WiFi, very tidy, full stock of clean towel, cushions.. I truly impressed

"Lovely accommodation and in easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to explore."

The property was ideally located for walks along the river/canal and into the town. It was very quiet at night so enabled us to have a good sleep. We ate out at some lovely restaurants but the kitchen had everything we would have needed had we eaten in.

Not in the most desirable area of Leamington but not the worst either, and that was fairly reflected in the price.
