We like having a living area and a kitchen

We were very disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of info in general: Examples such as: 1) getting info for the wifi (no signage in the room - thx to the security agent he shared his access code the FOLLOWING morning we arrived…. No one called us to help despite many trials) 2) we could not find any shower towels at our arrival Our room did not have any “windows” we could open. There is no AC in these rooms and Mexico City is hot (May to September)… the apartment felt like a “bunker” with only fans provided. Needless to say, we did not sleep well since it was very hot. 3) pets are allowed and some owners left their “yappers” alone in their apartment so … very noisy

La ubicación

Está bien ubicado. El barrio es muy tranquilo. El apartamento es muy amplio. Las personas que nos atendieron muy amables y dispuestas a colaborar.

Me correspondió un apartamento en el primer piso y es un poco oscuro pero en general el apartamento es muy amplio y lindo

Muy limpio y cómodo. De fácil acceso y ubicación muy central, con todos los utensilios necesarios para una estadía corta.

Tal vez solo sugeriría dejar disponibles más toallas en los baños.
