dużo miejsca, przestronny apartament, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, miejsce w garażu w budynku, rewelacyjny kontakt z obsługą

za mało kosmetyków (puste pojemniki na żel pod prysznic), czystość (odkurzałem podłogę od razu po przybyciu, w łazience były włosy poprzednich gości), wyposażenie kuchni (nie było soli i pieprzu).

La ubicación es excelente, a un paso de la playa andando, la amplitud y lo nuevo que estaba todo, se notaba recién reformado y amueblado. Y como extra el aparcamiento subterráneo en el mismo edificio con plaza asignada y ascensor directo al apartamento. La atención por WhatsApp rápida y amable.

Había algunos pequeños problemas de una cisterna y goteo de agua en la ducha que lo indiqué y seguramente ya estará solucionado, por citar algo. Y el sofá cama estaba bien, pero no era de los mejores. Aceptable. Lo peor pero no es culpa del apartamento era que Três Castelos Beach estaba cerrada por peligro de desprendimientos.

The apartment ist in a very good location, close to shops/restaurants and the beach. In general it's a good size for max four people and it's nice to have 2 bathrooms, (if they work properly). The included parking spot is very convenient. The landlord provides good explanations and videos on how to find you way around.

1) Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. There was heavy mold growth on the bathroom ceiling and walls, especially in the corners and around the shower area. One of the showers had visible mold at the base, which made using it very uncomfortable. The smell of dampness was noticeable, and the mold clearly hadn’t been addressed in a long time. The couch was covered in stains, and the fridge emitted an unpleasant, musty odor. 2) Host behavior: The landlord was friendly at first but became increasingly arrogant and unhelpful as the stay progressed. 3) Lighting and space: The apartment is on the ground floor with very little natural light, no balcony, and generally dark rooms. 4) Inappropriate furnishing: There was a commode chair placed in the conservatory, which was quite off-putting. 5) Electricity issues: We experienced repeated power outages due to short circuits. 6) Bathroom availability: One of the two bathrooms was not functioning, leaving only one usable for our entire stay.

no usable balcony, both bathrooms and bedroom had black mould. Toilet in master bathroom unusable through broken seat. Location not as advertised, not on sea front. No view at all, very little daylight. Poor quality cutlery, several broken items. Very poor quality sofa, seat kept slipping down.
