L appartement est parfaitement bien situé pour visiter Séville. Très confortable, bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le patio et la literie de la chambre. Le changement de serviettes et des draps en milieu de séjour est très appréciable

Tout etait parfait

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. It had everything I needed for a comfortable visit, and the central position made it easy to walk everywhere and explore the city. The host was very kind and responsive, which made the experience even better.

The only downside was that it’s on the ground floor with windows facing a bar, which made it a bit noisy and less private.

The appartement is very comfortable, the host has thought about all details. The kitchen was equipped with all things needed, you can even bake a cake if you want. We stayed for 8 nights and they provided a cleaning service for towels and bedsheets which was very welcome. After check out they even provide a low tariff luggage service, although we didn't need it it can be very useful. I like the bed the most, it is of extreme good quality. Last but not least, the app is situated in downtown in such a nice and convenient area!! The complete atmosphere is just perfect.

Wszystko było na wysokim poziomie. Dużo dostępnych udogodnień, bardzo pomocni wynajmujący ,świetna lokalizacja w centrum niedaleko katedry i najważniejszych zabytków.

El apartamento viene muy bien equipado con todo lo que una persona podría necesitar. Muy completo y cómodo, con mucho espacio de almacenaje, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, moderno y silencioso, justo en el centro de todo.

Everything was perfect including location. You can walk to almost everything.

The apartment is in a prime location, very close to main attractions, yet in a quiet neighborhood. It is tastefully decorated, and has all the necessary facilities - a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, TV... So it's very comfortable that way. They also provided some complementary toiletries and supplies, however only enough for 1-2 days. If you're staying longer, you need to get some of your own groceries/supplies. We could check in slightly early, so that was comfortable as well. They sent us some places where we could store our bags, for a fee of course.

The apartment smelled a bit damp and musty when we arrived, so we had to open the window and the balcony door to air it out. I'm not sure when they last did a pest control, but we had several cockroaches, in the bathroom, the living room and one crawling on my arm at night when I was asleep. They had a cockroach spray under the sink so I'm assuming this has happened in the past. I sent messages along with pictures to the host and someone came and fixed an insect strip on the main door. But the roaches were not coming from outside. So before the next guest arrives, I hope they get a thorough treatment for bugs and insects. It's unfortunate that this was our experience, but besides this, it is a lovely place to stay.

Proximity to the vieja ciudad and Santa Cruz, and to bars and restaurants. Nicely furnished apartment.

1. No local luggage storage after check-out, and lack of communication from Genteel-Home when trying to arrange this before our holiday. 2. Only one set of keys! 3. Bedroom a bit cramped. I had to duck under the TV to get to the window side of the bed. 4. Shower smelled of sewage after use!
