"Impeccable clean, quiet, central and well-equipped apartment"

Impeccably clean, quiet and super central apartment. Communication with the host the host was great - our flight was delayed so we were able to jump on to Whatsapp and keep the host updated. They were always quick to reply and were waiting for us at the property when we arrived, to hand over the keys. The host also sent us a few recommendations for sightseeing and eating/drinking in the city. The kitchen was well-equipped and we really appreciated the inclusion of a coffee machine and a few pods to use throughout our stay.

This is only a VERY minor complaint, but with the exception of one day when we showered pretty early around 07:30, the water in the shower was only luke warm. We assume that there was only a limited amount of water in the tank for all apartments to share (hence why I had super hot water when I showered early), but as we travelled in winter, we would really have appreciated a super hot shower regardless of time of day.

"Superb"

The property is very well situated and close to all sights. It was clean, comfortable and the communication with the management was very good. They were kind enough to accommodate our request for an early check-in and Victor met us at the entrance on time. Professional and customer oriented company. We were very pleased with our stay.

"Pleasant"

The location in the city centre is nice

The street was really loud. It was hard to fell asleep. We were waking up all the time due to the restaurant noises. The bathroom smelled, maybe due to the old building.

Great location. 5-minutes walk to the Giralda and Real Alcazar. Many restaurants around. Fully equipped kitchen. We are very grateful for the chance to have early check-in. Smile and friendly staff.

"Seville Marathon Weekend - perfect location"

The appartments were super clean, the staff were so amazingly helpful and polite. The recommendations from staff were fantastic The boys ran the Seville Marathon, so having a washing machine was perfect for there clothes. The location was perfect
