This place is a disgrace to hospitality. The room was a claustrophobic joke—tiny, windowless, smelling musty—and nothing like the photos. Others have called it “misleading on pictures” and “claustrophobic” Planet of Hotels . The whole building feels rundown and shared with multiple so-called “hotels” on different floors. The staff flat-out refused my card payment, insisting on cash or GPay, blaming a “card machine issue”—just like another guest who faced the same treatment and was charged a higher walk-in rate Planet of Hotels . The lift was grossly overcrowded, and certainly no one cares about hygiene here. Food service was a nightmare—disgusting setting with uncovered items and buzzing mosquitoes. Absolute waste of money. Avoid at all costs.
