One Bedroom Serviced apartments Flat 311

Due the Black Sabbath Concert and the Cricket game it was super tricky to actually find a place to stay. The Apartment was clean and looked like the pictures. Bathroom was super nice. Communication with hosts was easy through the booking.com app. The apartment is closely located to a tram & rail stop that brings you to the City Center in around 20 Mins.

The apartment building in which the place is located seems to be an old office building. The elevator had some glitches. The area around the apartment complex is super dirty and it didn't feel like the best / safest area. We avoided being out at night. We couldn't find a supermarket close by but ordering via uber eats worked great.

This was a very unsuccessful trip. - The door to the building was stuck open so anyone could walk in off the street. - The glass in the sliding door of teh building was smashed, so even if the door did close anyone could walk in. - The Key wasent in the key lock on arrival. - We waited for 40 minutes for someone to arrive with the key. - The property was filthy with dust, dirt and dirty towels on the floor and it stank of smoke. - The Shower was broken and falling off the wall. - The property said they would clean it again, but when we returned it was still dirty. - We ended up having to stay somewhere else because of teh state of the property. - The hosts would not give us a refund and refuse to reply to Booking.com's messages to contact them

It was nice and clean but other than that they don’t tell you about the ridiculous parking fees.

I didn’t like the fact that the property advertises parking, but doesn’t mention or explain on how to avail the parking. After my stay, a week ago I received a 400£ fine for parking. Obviously if I was told I had to pay the parking I would’ve paid it, instead I get a 400£ fine for “illegally” parking, when 10metres away there is free parking! Poor communication, and when contacted the company I literally just got brushed off and told that it says no parking! Even though on the website it advertised parking, one of the reasons I decided to book that apartment. For anyone booking this apartment they must explain the parking procedure otherwise they’ll be caught just like I was!
