Excellent Flat. very comfortable and well equipped, great location and communication from owners exemplary. H ave stayed in many self catering holiday flats throughout UK and Europe, and this was one of the best.

Beautiful apartment with everything needed for a lovely holiday proper home from home. Close to all amenities. There are quite a few stairs to the property but don't let it put you off staying here.

Nice kitchen spacious apartment nice white bedding

The stairs are a killer...shower leaks under screen...benches uncomfortable...I wouldn't say the apartment was DeLuxe but it was nice. Entrance shabby and dirty Why is there welsh BBC when we're in England?

Very modern, so clean. beautiful styling so much so that I am spraying my kitchen slate grey 🩶 Very much in the nicer part of Ilfracombe. Visitor book really helpful and lucky with amazing sunsets

My only thought is the need for proper hand rails up the 3 flights of stairs especially when carrying luggage or tired legs lol
