Photos are accurate and represent the rooms as they were. For a short overnight stay close to the FCO it is a solid choice.

Claudia was so helpful in helping me organise a taxi. She even replied to me when I messaged her worried at six in the morning. The room was conveniently located close to the airport.

I stayed here in late September 2024. The single room was great, spacious and clean. *The location is very close to the airport but it is very quiet. The windows are soundproof as I did not hear the planes with the windows closed. *The air conditioner worked well as some places in Italy do have one or are not allowed to be used. *The bus stop is about 7 minute walk from the apartment and the road is very smooth so it is easy to walk with luggage if you choose to do this. It is too far in my opinion to walk from the airport with luggage. You can take the taxi from Rome airport but be aware there is a flat fee of 35 EURO to anywhere within the vicinity. The host Claudia was lovely and she organised a taxi to pick me up in the morning for my return flight home which was very much appreciated.

It was clean. Easy check in.

No facilities like electric cattle. Charging plug in facility as per customer origination. Timing not flexible. I stayed for 9 hrs and paid for full day as check out Timing to be strictly followed. No bus station nearby. The place is near airport, hence noisy as the planes pass through above accommodation while landing.

Good location near the airport, perfect for early flights. Excellent communication with the owner, and the bottled water and snacks provided for guests were a very nice touch.

Claudia was extremely kind and helpful. The property is located conveniently near the airport and easily accessible for layovers. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Amazing communication from the host, all information was provided with pictures so it was super easy to find the place and access the room. Inside were a few snacks and water which was greatly appreciated. Location-wise it’s very close to the airport but in a quiet place, so perfect for one night stay.
