Location was great, apartment feeled brand new and air-con one of best in Davao this far, as nice units on each room (3). Pool was nice and refreshing water, even could have been bigger. Kitchen was very nice and beds were good.

Building had issues with elevators as 2/3 were few Times broken (not long, but still caused crowd) during our stay, not renter issue but of course annoying If condomenium has technical issues. Wife would have wanted washing machine and drying rack to balcony.

Central location.

No tv in the living room, had told them we didn’t need a second bed made up but it was still dressed in the living room.

The property was clean and well maintained. Going up there was accessible via lift and the views were very pleasant.

None.

I like how spacious the place are.

It took us an hour to enter the room because there’s a problem with the key. It was hot waiting outside and since we just arrived from our hectic flight, it could be great if we were able to enter the room right away. Amenities like hair dryer is hard to find as well.

Location is excellent

Elevators take so long to arrive and residents have a habit of blocking the doors to keep the elevator at there floor. Also there was a lot a bad smells and noise coming from an adjacent room due to renovation.
