The door keys and lock are difficult had to ask for the staff but staff were accomodating

The location of the unit is at 21st floor

What I liked most about the property was how smooth and hassle-free everything was from check-in to check-out. The place was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. I also appreciated how helpful and responsive the staff/agent was through messages, which made the whole stay even better

Honestly, there was nothing major that I didn’t like about the property. Everything went smoothly during my stay. If I had to mention something minor, it would probably be that I wished I could have stayed longer because the experience was really nice.

The apartment was clean, well organized, and conveniently located near Ayala Mall, and the staff were very helpful;

However, in my opinion the overall environment is not fully suitable for PwD guests due to limited wheelchair accessibility, unsuitable bathroom access, emergency evacuation constraints, and unsafe surrounding pavements requiring wheelchair users to partially use the road.

Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Top Ausstattung.

Parken im Parkdeck, wo der Lift diirekt zum Apparment geht nicht möglich anscheinend. Somit mussten wir die Koffer über Stiegenhaus schleppen.

How they respond very quick to your questions and concerns. Very helpful!

My family loved it. Just maybe provide cutleries and plates as it’s considered as airbnb plus the smart door lock isn’t user friendly to old people who are not techy
