I am very pleased with this apartment. It met my expectations, the station is close, shops are close, the terrace is large, the weather was beautiful, we ate breakfast there. The owner allowed me to leave the apartment later because we had a flight in the evening. I was even pleasantly surprised that you could watch Netflix in our language. The rooms are clean, functional, there is a parking space outside. I recommend and greet Damian.

The jacuzzi didn't seem to be working.

The cleaner definitely didn’t do a good job. The window needs a blackout curtains because as daylight the Sun is shining in your face. I didn’t get a good sleep. It’s a horrible experience.

The Cleaner didn’t do a good job the place was filthy. I wasn’t comfortable. I let before Time .

Large apartment with comfy beds, plenty of facilities and free WiFi. Free parking directly outside property, which was ideal. Very close to train station which has direct route to London Euston. Hosts were very informative and available if any queries. Would book again if in the area in the future.

Cleanliness could of been better and the only other issue was the blinds in the bedrooms, they let in too much light. Some curtains or black out blinds would easily fix this issue. You are on a main road so noise was expected.

The location was great for what we needed - close to train station. Also had everything we needed from towels to cutlery etc, and check in was very simple. The hosts kept in contact in the lead up to and throughout our stay with any info we needed. The apartment was a great size and parking was an added bonus! Would probably stay here again.

Some areas were not as clean as we had hoped. The bathroom, in particular, the extractor fan and around the window were full of dust and cobwebs.

Flat has lots of space and is well equipped. Our third stay here.

Location..station for London 5 mins Harry Potter Cassiopark and Watford town centre.Cinema and shops Apartment mostly well equipped 'Granny' apartment up steep stairs good for getting away from it all. Great bakery and pub almost next door. Convenient parking. Veranda Well equipped kitchen with a couple of exceptions..

No wine glasses. No wahing up bowl. Purchased 4 glasses but broke one in large stone sink. No bread knife.Only 4 table mats and tumblers.. We were 5. Drainy smell in upstairs ensuite. Very hot during our stay which may have enhanced smell and only one fan in whole apartment Cobwebs in high up spots in main bath room and above stair way to front door Dodgy door handle on double room Small leak from shower noticed and stopped before problem in kitchen
