Como City Center - White Lotus Luxury Suites

Location was ok we do not mind a walk of approx 15 minutes to the lake. The beds were comfortable and the area is quiet so no noise at sleep time

No lift access but only one story high

Host was rude and unhelpful. The name Of the place is misleading. This place is far from a mansion. It smelled really bad the entire time we were there. Not sure if the smell was coming from a a restaurant downstairs or what, but it was not pleasant. Additionally, the host was unable to hold our bags until check in, which is totally understandable, but he referred us to a baggage locker which closed earlier and locked in our luggage. I know this is not responsibility of the host, but when we mentioned the issue he was beyond unsympathetic. Also, site says check out is at 10:30 am and host says it was at 10 am. When I said the site says 10:30 am, he said “if you know then why are you asking” —- I wanted to confirm and good thing I did, because he proceeded to reinstate that Check out was at 10am. Overall host was just was rude, lacked any hospitality sense, and the place was overpriced for what it was, specially because it was so smelly that it was hard to sleep with the stench.

Très bel appartement, décoré avec goût, très spacieux et parfaitement équipé. Tout est propre, bien entretenu et on s’y sent vraiment à l’aise. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré : pour utiliser la climatisation, il fallait laisser les volets ouverts. Du coup, il fallait choisir entre avoir de la lumière ou garder la fraîcheur. Ce serait parfait s’ils pouvaient trouver une solution à ce détail.

There is a pizzeria under the house. Because of the machines in the pizzeria, the room above it shakes very seriously and there is an overwhelming smell. We couldn’t use this room, which we had planned to use as the bedroom. In order to use the air conditioners, you need to install the pipes. A digital key is given with a very poor system. If the internet doesn’t work or your phone doesn’t open the application due to security reasons, you cannot enter the house. Even if all the guests who made a reservation don’t show up, without check-in you cannot even access the digital key. You also cannot reach anyone by phone. The house is also on the main road, which causes parking problems and excessive noise. I don’t understand how this place was given 8 points

No AC One room is hot because of the restaurant oven in the ground floor

Sehr schönes Apartment. Es hat alles was man braucht. Babyhochstuhl stand bereit und Kinderbettchen liebevoll hergerichtet. Tolle Küche, super ausgestattet. Zu Fuss ca 15 Min vom Zentrum. Bushaltestelle vor der Türe. Tikets kann man in jedem Kiosk kaufen. Türen öffnen nur über Handy App. Einfache bedienung wenn man es mal verstanden hat. Türe lässt sich erst pünktlich um 15.00 öffnen. Keine Sekunde vorher. Ich kan dieses Apartment sehr weiterempfehlen. Zum Parken empfehle ich Parcheggio Quarto Ponte. Ist erwa 6 Minuten zu Fuss vom Apartment. Sauber und Sicheres Parkhaus. Kostet nur 30.- für 3 Tage. Unbedingt am Schalter bei Ankunft anmelden dan bekommt man ein ein und ausfahrtticket.
