Como City Center - White Lotus Luxury Suites

La casa estaba bastante bien. Fácil para llegar a los sitios Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días Las habitaciones son grandes y la zona bastante tranquila.

Había pequeñas cosas que tenían que arreglar. Como unas baldosas que estaban sueltas y que la nevera estaba sucia y el congelador hecho un bloque de hielo. Pero son detalles pequeños que no te impiden el buen uso de la casa.

La decoration et la taille confortable de l'appartement. Facile d'accès. Les équipements ménagers suffisant.

La climatisation dans une des deux chambres fonctionne mal . Le quartier est très populaire et bruyant la nuit.

1) NO HOT WATER!!! BE AWARE! For 2 days out of 4 there was no hot water in the property. The owner was not cooperating and refused to assist until booking.com team stepped in. Also please review his rude, unprofessional language and communication manner. He threatened not to help if we escalate water problem to booking.com team. Other reviews here throughout the years state the same hot water problem, which means that the issue is not new to the owner, and he failed to repair the boiler and do the necessary maintenance. 2) Owner also tried to gain access to the property without our consent after the check-in time. He claimed the aircon units had to pick picked up for the repair. He failed to povide a reasonable warning in advance and assumed he could enter the flat after our check-in whenever he wanted to. We did not feel safe. 3) WIFI does not work in the property. 4) The flat was not cleaned properly. Layers of dust found on heating rails, shelves and furniture. 5) No proper aircon ventilation system, very weak portbale units which clearly can't cope with Italian heat. I attach the correspondence with the flat owner in full, so future guests can make an informed decision whether they feel comfortable and safe staying in this flat managed by such a rude and unprofessional host. I believe this property must be removed from booking.com, as it does not meet the standards of an acceptable living accommodation.

Beautiful spacious apartment.

Location is out of the city walks and a bit rough. No parking in Como. Access to the property is dirty and tight with cases.

I highly recommend this beautiful apartment. I most value a comfortable bed with soft linen and a clean, modern bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. We didn't need to occupy the other bedroom but it was lovely too and very spacious. Applause for the housekeeping/cleaning staff. The photos are exactly as it is, very secure and a great location. We stayed two nights but of course you could easily stay longer because there's lots to explore. It's an easy walk to Como Borghi train station and there's a delicious Indian restaurant two minutes away. Many restaurants and other services right outside...you can see from your balcony.

It wasn't relevant to us but there's about 15 stairs if that's important to you as a guest.
