Como City Center - White Lotus Luxury Suites

We were 2 couples and 1 baby. The apartment was really spacious. I didn’t see so high ceiling in my life. It was probably a very old building, but the apartment inside was well renovated. I requested crib for my baby. They added crib with baby blanket. Also, there was a baby high chair in kitchen which conquered my hearth.

Questionnaire! First, it takes 30 minutes, not 5 as written in start. Second, if you cannot fill yourself if you will stay with friends. It requests lot of documents and even face record. At least, we could be able to fill it from different links per person, so I could forward link to friends.

It was spacious and well equipped

Hot water instructions should be made clear on arrival. Property sold as air conditioned. It is not. Only standalone air conditioner devices provided in bedrooms and living room. They were very, very loud and we could not sleep with them on all night. Also, as the piping goes out the windows, we could not close shutters so security lighting from other apartments shone through into bedrooms. We would wake up too hot when air con was off. Basically, we had two nights of very poor quality sleep.

The Room is Charming and Spacious. The host is ready to help. The entrance system is impressive, simple and convenient. The Apartment is in walking distance to the Old Town. Full equipped with what you need, and Piano is a plus!!

Aware that there is no elevator, because of the old building structure. The hot water might have to reset by the oven. Some light bulbs is not working, but just a tiny things. No air conditioning in the living room, in case to be extra bed in the living room. We moved in to sleep inside the bedroom, which is huge.

Place is very spacious and well furnished in a beautiful old bulding! Kitchen is great, beds are too. Although it's not in the best neighbourhood it's a short walk to Como centre. Parking was convenient as well.

I think this would be an amazing place if the owner would just fix these things: 1) There is a small restaurant downstairs. When we visited we had to put on the air conditioning because of the heat, and in the evening this causes a very strong smell in the the front bedroom. I can imagine this is less of an issue when you don't have to put on the airco. 2) We were staying during a heat wave and the air conditioning was not sufficient. It would help to have an extra air conditioning in the living room.

It was very hot and the AC, not good

Size of the rooms is great with high sealings and more than enough space for a family of 4, with everything you can ever need for a comfortable stay (fully equipped modern kitchen, washing machine, mobile air conditioning units,...). The feel of the place is quite unique when you enter the building and the apartment itself, hearing church bells as well - it is Italy as we imagined it. 10-15 minutes walking distance to lake.

Bedroom does have an old floor that makes noise when walking and around seven in the evening we could feel vibrations on the floor coming from some large equipment in below restaurant, but this still did not influence our overall great impression of the place.

Great location, nice and well-furnished apartment

The weather was hot in Como during our stay, the aircon provided in the room is not cool enough and we were sweating whole night.
