Como City Center - White Lotus Luxury Suites

Good location. Just outside Como old city wall. Five minutes walking distance. Apartment is tastefully furnished, is well maintained and very clean. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. Bathroom is nice and clean and generously equiped with towels and tooth brushes.

Self check-in! I had to chase everyone around the airport to take their photos while holding the passport! And I had to do it before arrival. And no, it does not take two minutes! Why couldn't check in be done by the property?! I made a reservation in Florence and all I needed is to send a copy of the passport (conventional way). Parking is like 7 minutes walk. The day of check out when I left to get the car, when I got back the virtual key did not work! It expired! at 9:15 am! I had to call my daughter long distance to come down stairs to open the building door for me! For travellers, while roaming, phone service may switch to 2g, in which case I don't think the virtual key will work.

The property is great, very comfortable, spacious, good location, Wi-Fi, great kitchen. We could even find parking space in front of the building. Has a washing machine.

The apartment is on a very busy street and opposite a church. It gets quite noisy in the morning so couldn’t get that much rest.

It felt like home away from home. Very stylish and had everything you would need. Location was very accessible to historic district and the lake. Very convenient for food shopping. A bonus was the beautiful ringing of the church bells across the road.

Wifi quoted in the instructions and then alternate wifi address did not reach the entry door on street. It was necessary to use mobile data which is expensive as we hadn't yet had time to arrange a local SIM card on arrival. Once we had, then no problem.

It was very easy and convenient to get in using the app. The communication with the host was also great and responded quickly.

Perfect in every way possible. Everything available. No need to purchase any item for kitchen or cooking. Beautiful set up. A few minutes walking into old town. First floor .. security excellent. Beds extremely comfortable. Best ones I have slept in.. All shower amenities available. Children welcomed.. pram available also. No need to bring anything except your clothes..

It was beautifully restored and very comfortable for two couples and a child.

The floors in one room were very noisy, and the same room was very hot with no way to moderate the temp. Because there was a lot of street noise, couldn’t keep the windows open at night.
