Back Claremont Grove

Nice, comfortable, had everything I needed. When I had a question the hosts were really prompt at responding and very helpful.

Parking was a bit hair-raising. The space is small, which wasn't a problem but also on a slope with a couple of 'kerbs' which meant I had to get up speed to get up but also avoid crashing into the house wall. Once I was in I couldn't face doing it again, so didn't drive anywhere during my stay (which wasn't a problem for me).

Location, very close to centre. 10 min walk to Arena Quiet and clean apartment

Generally nothing. 1 small parking plot, behind the apartment was suitable only for a small vehicle. The metre square hole in the bedroom, needs a permanent repair, rather than a plastic sheet cover.

Great location for the city. Nicely furnished. Great shower

We only stayed one night. It was clean and had everything we needed.

There was an area of the wall in the bedroom where the inner wall was exposed.

The communication about the property was first class. The location was terrific. The place was comfortable and clean. As mentioned elsewhere the parking is a little tight but no problem to any half competent driver. So much better than parking on the street.

Sadly, the stay was tarnished by the inconsiderate and selfish people upstairs. Banging and crashing around in the early hours. Shouting and screaming and slamming doors and waking us up multiple times. Obviously no reflection on the owner of the property but it certainly disturbed our stay.
