Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable

Pillow cases, bed sheets and blankets cover was not been washed and clean.some one used and after that they kept it as same. Stay was nice over all 8/10 Hygiene 2/10 response to cal 5/10

What a fabulous gem of a place! A lot of thought has gone in to this property to make it perfect for a short break! Highly recommend!

Due to last minute blip, had to find a place for the night in Leeds. never been or stayed in Leeds before but this little pad was a gem to find. Looked like a finish version of a property off Homes Under The Hammer. Excellently located near the city centre, quality and tastefully decorated and abs perfect for 1 / 2 people to stat in if visiting. Would deffo use it again as I will be visiting slightly more in the near future, A credit to the people who own it and exceptional value for money. A small shop up the lane if you need milk for your morning coffee but otherwise a fabulous place to stay

For the value for money, it would be harsh to even think about anything never mind put it down in writing. 100 % worth every penny

As pictured. Great location. Check in instructions easy. Good value for money. Three numbers provided to contact staff and the third person picked up on our first call and helped us with the parking permit problem as below.

The parking - we picked this option as we felt it had guaranteed parking which we wanted to reduce stress. The parking info was provided on check in as: 🚗 Parking Info Driveway Space: There is a parking spot dedicated to our guests right outside the apartment, between the fence, this doesn't require a permit but is a tight spot. Street Parking: We also provide a parking permit for street parking which is located on top of the microwave in the utility cupboard. Please return this upon departure. Unfortunately, the driveway was indeed very tight (as pictured) and did not fit our car. I’d expect you’d struggle with anything bigger than a small car like a Suzuki swift. The parking permit had also been taken by the previous guest so we were unable to use this and had to risk it on the street without a permit. Thankfully, we did not get a ticket and the hotel staff did agree they would have reimbursed us for a ticket should we have been fined. Whilst we could get parking, it was more stressful than we had planned given we picked a property with parking. I think if you are absolutely relying on this and in a rush perhaps an option with more of a guarantee, or simply getting a train instead, would be better. The hotel itself however was as described and good value for what we needed it for, a stopover for the night. The sofa bed is not made up already so also something to bear in mind you have to make it for yourself if in a rush (this wasn’t a problem for us at all).

Beautifully set out apartment (clean, well maintained, cutlery/crockery, fridge). Beds (including sofa bed) conformable. Bathroom clean and new. Very reasonably priced. Absolutely ideal and thoroughly recommend. Hope to return.

Centrally located, comfortable, well-appointed … delivered on all of our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

There was a trick to locking the apartment that we didn’t twig onto at first - once we worked it out it was no problem.
