Ideal location, perfect parking, lovely tidy, warm flat, and easy to use.

The settee could be more comfortable or maybe add an armchair to offer a choice of seating.

Great location for our visit, a little cold on arrival but warmed up once heaters put on. Nice clean flat and grate facilities

The hot water ended up not working so we sent a message to the owner, they came within 15 minutes and fixed the problem, good for a shirt stay!

It was close to everything, it was very clean and tidy and we had everything we needed facility wise

The back door was right next to bins and the upstairs neighbours was smoking from the balcony and flicking ash on my car

Great location next to the canal and very close to the town centre as advertised. Generally very clean. Rooms a good side and very comfortable. Pretty much as advertised. Stylish design

There are only three forks in the drawer, one small frying pan and two smallish saucepans. The markings on the oven and hob have worn away over the years and so it is trial and error which hob is on and how hot it is. All this made cooking meals challenging, when with marks on the oven and a few more utensils, it would be easy in the otherwise superb kitchen. We stayed on Friday - Sunday and had a couple of other issues that were beyond the control of the host - someone in neighbouring apartments set off the fire alarm around 9pm on Friday and Saturday. It only lasted a minute or two, but would have woken anyone who was already asleep. Also, the sound travels between the floors and when the children living in the apartment above are running around it makes a large amount of noise.

The property was clean and had everything you needed in it especially on arrival.. i look after properties like this and it rocked the boxes eg towels on bed I thought no just one each but actually there was more in the bathroom. Shower was good and hot all the time and the tv had sky etc on it which was immense when you were there on an evening . I would recommend for sure .. bed was comfortable and mattress was good !
