Marco puts a lot of passion into his property. He keeps it in excellent condition and takes care of every detail to ensure a wonderful experience. I've never seen so many amenities and details before. I highly recommend it if you're visiting Como. It also has parking right outside the door. Extraordinary experience will come back soon.

"Exceptional place in city center"

The place is exceptional and the host the same. Great location just 3 minutes walking to city center, the apartment quite and so well equipped with everything: jacuzzi, sauna, steam, parking, a lot of espresso machines in each room, smoking area, very comfortable bads, very clean. Special thanks for the host, he was very helpful and gave us all necessary information, easy check-in, even a nice present for drinks. Definitely we will came back 😉

The apartment was wonderful, modern, and you have everything you can imagine . Perfect location, the staff were very nice and helpful. Parking spot next to the apartment.

"Beautiful and Relaxing"

The apartment was equipped with everything you can think of. Aside from that, fridge and shelves were full with complementary snacks and drinks. We enjoyed our stay very much. And there were amenities for families with babies too (baby cot, changing table, child seat, children utensils, etc.). Marco is a very caring host, he always made sure we felt comfortable and had everything we need. He also had very good suggestions on what to do in Como and where to eat.

"Style and comfort"

Everything about this apartment is just fantastic! We were a group of six friends and had an amazing time at Marco's place. It has everything you can imagine—and maybe even more. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the jacuzzi is beyond words, and the location is perfect. 10/10!

"Awesome property with a great host."

Excellent property, modern, with loads of great features and gadget. The host is amazing. Helpful and contactable if you have any questions after he has briefed you on everything. The welcome instructions are really helpful. Marco even picked us up when a taxi let us down. 100% recommend.
