Haven Loft Como - Private Spa, Parking & Jacuzzi

Host Marco was extremely friendly and responsive. Pre check-in information was detailed and easy to comprehend. The apartment was located in a convenient part of the city and you could park your vehicle directly outside the unit securely. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. An outdoor flea market that happens on weekends just outside the apartment is a bonus.

The air-conditioning was fantastic! So so so important because Italy is really hot in summer. Beds were very comfortable. The jacuzzi is great!! Our kids and I loved it. We had jam, Nutella, some food in the kitchen so we could help ourselves! Marco is such an awesome host who directed us how to get to the apartment. I forgot my bolster and Marco arranged such that I could get it on my way home.

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers , the place is furnished with passion and attention to every little detail , roomy and full of gadgets , Hot tub , sauna , PS5 , fully equipped kitchen and bar , bedrooms and bathrooms supersede those at 5 star hotels , walkable distance to the lake front and city center, secure and safe area, and free parking at the doorstep , digital guide to Como attractions and restaurants with hyper links to book on the go , and I can go on and on , Marco is a super host , would not stay anywhere else at Como should we visit there again. this place is aptly named Haven spa :) and it surely is. we are very happy to have chosen it.

WE LIKED EVERYTHING AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS .

It was unique. Like nothing we have ever stayed in before. Marco had thought of every little detail. He is extremely generous with the apartment and with his time with responses, helping us locate restaurants and attractions in the area. It’s in a great location, walkable into Como and the lake. We felt like we were staying in a 5* hotel.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
