They haven’t let me check in when reached at property stating my booking was cancelled 😡 i was forced to find new hotel from that property.

There is not a single think i like about property when he denied the checking stating it cancelled. While booking.com showed its booked and confirm.

Hôtel réservé au dernier moment,suite a un grave problème dans un autre. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Chambre très propre ,calme malgré la proximité avec la gare (5 minutes à pieds). Tout était ok

Room is good

The hotel needs to improve its communication with customers. The information provided on booking platforms regarding payment was unclear. On Booking.com, it indicated that payment could be made at the hotel and that immediate payment was not required, and I had also received a booking confirmation. However, upon arrival for check-in, I was informed that the booking had been cancelled due to late payment. I explained that I had a confirmed booking. After I mentioned that I would raise the matter with Booking.com and began writing a complaint, I was then informed that a room had become available and I could proceed with the stay.

Efficient and friendly service. Good value. Very clean.
